Net sync error

I have a 10 port hub 3 pci network cards, no collision light showing and I keep getting a net sync error when we try to play AOE,Quake,Starcraft,baldures gate, ect. Whether we paly on line threw wigate 3.0 or threw our IPX network I dont understand Why.

If any one has any Ideas it will be nice.\

I'm just guessing, but it could be that not all the cards are using the same protols or that they are not binded to the protocols. Try this.Set up all 3 cards using the same protocol and set 2 of them as default. Then try connecting again.
