I have 2 PC's currently networked, one a Win2k and the other a WinMe computer. The network is working fine, allowing full access, and file transfers.

I am trying to get ICS to work. If I use the Win2k computer to dial up the internet, the WinMe computer can access the internet thru ICS. But... if I dial up thru the WinMe computer, then the Win2k computer Cannot access the internet. I can't seem to figure out why not.

DHCP is set to automatic. ICS is enabled on both pc's. Internet Explorer/Tools is set to connect thru LAN on the Win2k computer.

And yes I have to dial up on the WinMe computer, long story.

Thanx

Acually if you have ICS installed on the Windows 2000 PC it could cause it problems when trying to share the connection on the Windows ME machine. Remove all ICS components on the Win2000 machine and try again. What IP address is the Windows 2000 machine getting when it boots up anyways?
