i use an toshiba laptop model which is satelitte 4070CDS and it,s O/S is XP Professional.
Actually i had this Anti Virus programm installed on it for bout 20 days Trial time and as the day was gettin elaps i was kind of wondering what sort of anti virus this is, in any way the program was Bull Dog Anti Virus Program .
The trieal time is now over and ma Pc Cannot boot up being the sense that when ever i try to get access to ma desktop it goesback to loading personal setting .I need to log on ma username and password,and it actually has two user account that's of the Administrator and normal user .
but both access cannot be open at all and that make me wonder if it is the Bull Dog programming that has cause ma pc to be behaving in that manner .
:confused: at to what is actully wrong with ma pc:mad: within me fot bout four days i cannot get access to ma file and document that i need seriously.

If you hit "F8" right when Windows starts loading you should be able to start up in Safe Mode. That may or may not let you in. If you do get in, you should be able to uninstall the program.

To remove data off the HDD,
Slave the HDD in question to an existing system and copy off data.

i did what ever i was told to do but thestoruy seems to the same and oi wonder what seems to wrong here.i press the F8key from boot up and i see the same message on and on.

well the problem seems to be that the disk drive seems to faulty i might think that way cosui tried to install this time windows 2000 advance O/S and i find to to install it. i relly don't know ere else to go from here.

to me it kinna baffle me alot to know were the problem seems to come from.

i did every thin specified and wow no help in and out

i kinna see that the floppy side too is out of order and wow this is hell for me huh i really don't know were i stand in this mess.

so what doi do then for ma laptop to be in goos shape.well the pc seems to boot up but login name is the real problem here.any time i login the screen reads this microsoft needs to be activated do wish to ativate it when click on OK it goes back to the login in screen.

i hope this time it work perfectely.
