NEW IBM Thinkpad X40

i was just browsing the ibm site when i read about the new thinkpad X40. its a Pentium M that gets upto 10.1Hours of battery life!!! wish my thinkpad got that!

No internal optical drives - I would hate to have to attach an outboard CD rom every time I needed to use one (which is a lot!)

i suppose but for its battery life id love it!

Definitely, especially since my over-abused T21 now is under an hour - I'd like to strangle the previous owner of this one.

well my T21 is the same under an hour and £125 for a new battery!!!

great laptop though i would take another ibm any day they are great.
