Is this a good hard disk?

I'm building a new comp and thought it might be a good idea to get a new hard disk.

I've been looking at this drive (250GB) due to a recommendation from a friend. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Samsung.html

Any known issues etc with this drive? Is it a good choice? I haven't really heard of samsung as a hard drive manufacturer are they reliable?

I just need it to be silent, very reliable and quick!

Samsung drives are good really, nothing wrong with them at all. :)
