When I connect it, it isn't recognised on My Computer. Also, a yellow exclamation mark appears next to 'USB mass storage device' in the device manager, and it says 'The device cannot start'. I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting methods but none have worked. Can anyone help me? Shinma December 31st, 2006, 07:16 PM Is the Sansa powered on when you are connecting it to the pc? Are you connecting it to the default USB ports located at the back of the PC? Are your USB ports in question enabled via CMOS/BIOS menu of your PC? hardwarecentral.com
