Is there a free, or low cost, simple Photo organizer program that will let me organize Photos in “data base” fashion? :confused:
I am a train modeler and would like to keep my pictures in albums based on when they were taken. I would then like to tag each picture for any outstanding features such as unique couplers, wheels, Etc. and later retrieve all pictures from all albums that have been tagged with these particular features.
Have reviewed the Picassa Intro. video but did not get the impression that it had this ability.
Am using Win XP with SP 3
