It has extra features and much faster. I just had a round of Quake 3 and the motion is quite impressive. nASOS March 14th, 2000, 06:10 PM Viper II is a nice card with some impressive characteristics, in the other hand according to Tom's Hardware, TNT2 Ultra is still faster the Viper II up to 1024x768 resolution, and has more mature drivers and much better OpenGL performance. I compared a Viper II with a V770 Ultra in my Athlon 900 system and the frame rates in Quake 3 are 80% higher with Viper II !
