I have problems wif the I740 card!! please help

I've recently bought this card and i notice that there are white dots appearing all over the screen and when i play games, sometimes the movie is played upside down....please help!!

you should try intels newest and final drivers... the 4.0 i think...... but i also suggest a new card as that one there sucks!
