I have an Across 30-bit flatbed scanner that works just fine, except when I try to use the infamous Paperport S/W. Every scan I make comes out as an extremely small "black" box, that cannot be enlarged to anything readable. Could it be a problem with the Twain driver? What else might cause this conflict? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. TX, Rob
