I was wondering, since there is a tv-tuner in a video wouldn't it be great if there was a cable to directly connect the video to a monitor? Does such a cable exist?

Do you want to interface cable television with your computer? If that is the case the All-In Wonder Pro 8 MB AGP made by ATI (I personally use that one) will do the trick and then some, great card.
