Hello,
I need an answer to this problem so if you can, please help me !
We've got an IBM Infoprint 20 PCL running on a TCP/IP Network. If you print a document, it prints oke, BUT ... the document remains in the job queue even after the printer has finished printing the document. I have to manually delete all the printjobs after a day, because the queue never gets emptied by itself. Can somebody help me please ???
