Please give me some suggestion.

I tried to install win98 to my computer and come close to the end of setup a message read "windows could not combine VxD into a Monolithic file before starting.Could someone please help me with this problem?

My computer is
486DX-s 66MHz Standard 50pin SCSI
hardrive C: 350Meg D: 250Meg

sounds like a video problem you may need to replace your vidoe card to a newer card

Re-install Windows 98 using custom settings, make sure that you specify the Video driver as basic VGA, that should compile a VXD that works with just about everything. Then ussing a sit like this get hold of the current win98 drivers for all your bits.
