Sure, go to www.dslreports.com (http://www.dslreports.com) and do their speed and tweak tests. Check out the forums and perhaps post your test results for others to guide you through the tweakage.
Do you have a program to change your MTU and RWin? You'll need one to change default settings. I use the Dr.tcp program available at dslreports. good luck

It isn't a option http://discussions.hardwarecentral.com/frown.gif They do have cable here but with this service I always know what speed I am going to be at. I heard that cable sometimes slows down to a crawl.
