RTCW Multiplayer Test2 Help

Hi guys. I don't know how to run the Return to Castle Wolfenstien test Benchmark. I've downloaded the RTCW MP Test2. Have also down loaded a Multiplayer demo (I don't know if its a game advertisement demo or some other).Please tell me how to run it. I'll be very thankful.
