Keyboard 11-Conductor Ribbon cable to P/S2 Conversion HELP!!

Trying to swap a keyboard. The unit is a IBM-type, and has an 11-conductor ribbon cable, and I need to know which ones are for the data, clock, ground, etc. so I can Match up with a p/s2 connector. Help!!
