Can not boot from FLOPPY DRIVE..HELP!

Can not boot from FLOPPY DRIVE..HELP!!

Hi folkssss....

I just change my motherboard and a new case and use the same components like CDROM, FLOPPY DRIVE,etc.
The components work fine in previous motherboard.

The problem is that.... I can not boot up from floppy drive.
After the system display the amount of memory and drive master and all other info, it then start to check on A: drive
and say" Invalid System Disk, Replace disk and press any key to continue."
I have windows 98 boot disk in the A: drive and it still saying the same message. I have change and create a new boot disk and change floppy drive cable and floppy drive, but did not solve the problem.
Remember, I only change the motherboard and the case, everything is the same. The system boot fine if the hard drive already have the OS, otherwise it will say the same message
above and stay there.
I already check all the setting in the BIOS for the correct
parameter, A: drive is 1.44 3 1/2
Sequence BOOTH is: A, C, SCSI

System can be boot from the CDROM without any problem, only with the floppy drive.

The light is on when the system trying to use the FLOPPY DRIVE, and no light if not in use.
I have check the cable too, the cable and pin 1 is in the correct place, I even compare it with my other system that have the same motherboard.
I also use the same floppy disk that I try to boot on this system to boot on other system, and the other system
seem to boot fine without problems.

Please help and give new suggestion and IDEA.
Oh, the motherboard and case are brand new.
And I have change a new motherboard too (same one) and encounter the same problem.
I have build myself two system using this motherboard and were working excellent, so I decide to buy another one
which is the one I am having problem now .

MotherBoard name is: TYAN TRINITY 400 S1854

Thanks,

BYE

Presuming that you have correctly verified that the drive is in working order and connections verified,
Try the new mobo in the other case and see if the same problem occurs.
