Cannot generate TOC on adobe acrobat

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can assist me this generating of TOC (Table of content) problem on Adobe Acrobat 5.....

I have a word document with TOC included. When i generate the PDF files, the TOC has no links to any pages at all.

Can some kind soul help me on this??? Thanksss.....
